Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the beds and linens were comfortable and well cared for. We also appreciated the convenient parking right in front of our room and the close proximity to downtown eateries and services. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions such as Shenandoah National Park and Luray Caverns. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our late check-in hassle-free.

Service at the level of a four seasons. Spectacular building and unbeatable location.

only thing I would have to say is that the cushions were not very comfortable and room had a light from the corridor and lamps on the bedside table also had an orange light that was annoying to sleep.

Set in a fabulous location by the river, with fine views across to the other side. Perfect for exploring the city's Christmas markets. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing shower, made you feel like you were being drowned in water. The hotel staff were attentive and provided excellent service. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, right on the banks of the Danube. This means that all the major attractions and highlights of the city are easily accessible by foot. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the river and the iconic Chain Bridge. Additionally, the hotel offers excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast buffet.

The prices at the hotel are higher compared to other 5-star hotels nearby.

prices of the shuttle service are too high (a trip across the danube to buda to the restaurant 75€ for max. 10 min).

The very comfortable bed, espresso or tea in the room. The decoration of the common areas of the 1930 hotel is very successful and in total respect of the building. Its location is perfect in the centre of Pest. Everything is within walking distance

The room service is quite average with many and repeated forgetfulness. The decoration of the rooms is plain and cold. The gels and shampoos provided are too aggressive. If the reception is struggling to arrange your stay it is far from being the case of the concierge whose service is simply non-existent.... We had the feeling that the service offered is not up to the price asked.

We loved the cleanliness and the hotel facilities. The parking was convenient and the location was central to all the key sites in the midst of the historical district. the breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The process of blocking a visa at check-in is somewhat complicated.

breakfast was very good. everything your heart desires and very fresh.

unfortunately we had a room with no view. many rooms are facing inwards and one looks into a courtyard or into the corridor opposite. we were very disappointed about this.

The architecture on the outside is absolutely stunning. The Gresham Room for breakfast is excellent. Superb spa! A must for friends who enjoy going out at night.

This hotel is an unbeatable luxury experience with exclusive amenities that satisfied all my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was delightful, with amazing massage therapies that took me to a higher level of relaxation, melting away daily stress. the restaurant had delicious cuisine, while the bar/lounge area offered a wide variety of drinks and a cosy atmosphere. the room advantages were outstanding, with a breathtaking view and enjoyable in-room breakfast. the location advantages of the hotel made it easy to get to the main tourist attractions.

While enjoying the luxurious indoor swimming pool, I found out that the sauna needed some improvements. the door of the sauna was a bit tricky to open, which slightly dampened my relaxation experience.

The palace is beautiful. The renovation is very successful. A real palace, hyper comfortable, with breathtaking reception rooms. It combines the beauty and charm of the old with the super clean and super comfortable side.

Breakfast could be better: eggs, pancakes, pancakes... none of it was really hot.

Fantastic location, elegant decor, caring staff, comfortable rooms, fine view, high standard facilities.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

beautiful suite, beautiful old building, nice pool, friendly staff at the fitness center cum pool. excellent housekeeping staff!

breakfast is good, waffles and blinis "cooked" daily, staff with a nose for food, guest relations officer non-existent. price for the suite too high, corridors are not vacuumed daily, general manager inexistent!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a lovely hotel, located in a beautiful palace right in the center of the city next to the Danube. The views from the room were absolutely stunning, overlooking the mesmerizing cityscape. The restaurant in the hotel also left a positive impression, as the staff provided wonderful service and the food was always very good.

There was one aspect that could have been improved. The complimentary internet provided had a slow speed and was frequently disrupted, which was quite inconvenient in this modern age.

Bathroom faucets, with a slightly old-fashioned system. Hot water difficult to regulate, with a too powerful jet that splashes everything, both in the bathtub and in the shower. Shower caps are mandatory for girls

The room was always tidied up with folded toilet paper and clothes neatly arranged. A golden candy clock and chocolates were left as a surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable with soft, white sheets and plenty of pillows. The staff was welcoming and paid attention to every detail. The location by the river provided breathtaking views.

We were visiting the Christmas Market near the hotel and needed to use the toilet. The staff at the Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest kindly let us use their facilities with a smile. It was a small gesture, but as tourists, we really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location, building, and staff were all excellent. The room had a spacious wardrobe, fabulous bed, and terrific bathroom. The pool was undergoing maintenance, but we were informed beforehand. highly recommended.

Fine exterior and beautiful rooms. The breakfast was a delight with a wide variety of options. The hotel is ideally located for visiting the main attractions of the city. The concierge provided excellent advice for restaurants and activities.

The service from the concierge team was poor and their attitude was disappointing. The front desk agent at check out was unfriendly and unhelpful.
